Prices are set by independent suppliers and may change. Quality and CoA labels are self-reported claims — not verified by PeptideCompare. PeptideCompare does not sell or supply products and cannot vouch for quality, legality or availability. For in-vitro research only — not for human or veterinary use.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

GHK-Cu is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About GHK-Cu in the lab

GHK was first isolated from human plasma and binds copper with high affinity. It is widely referenced in in-vitro studies on fibroblast behaviour, extracellular-matrix remodelling and gene-expression profiling.

Proposed mechanism

Forms a high-affinity complex with copper(II). In fibroblast and wound models it is associated with changes in collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, metalloproteinase activity and broad gene-expression shifts.

Structure note

Gly-His-Lys tripeptide chelating a Cu(II) ion. The free peptide (GHK) is ≈ 340.4 g/mol.
