1. About the service

PeptideCompare is a trading name of ZESTEC Services Limited (company no. 16566434; registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU). References to “we”, “us” or “PeptideCompare” mean ZESTEC Services Limited. PeptideCompare is an information and price-comparison index. We do not sell, supply, stock or ship any product, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier. Further company details: zestec-services.com.

2. Research use only

All materials referenced are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. By using this site you agree not to use any material for such purposes. See our disclosure.

3. Third-party suppliers

Listings, prices and claims are provided by independent suppliers. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, quality, purity or legality. Any purchase is a contract between you and the supplier.

4. Supplier subscriptions

Suppliers pay £10 per month plus £1 per product-variant listing per month, billed by card via Stripe. No commission is charged on sales. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Supplier obligations

  • List products solely as research-use-only for in-vitro work.
  • Make no human or veterinary consumption claims and give no dosing or administration guidance.
  • Comply with all laws applicable to the products you sell.
  • Keep prices and stock information accurate.

We may remove any listing or suspend any account that breaches these terms.

6. No advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal or regulatory advice.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on supplier information. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
