Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

SNAP-8 is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About SNAP-8 in the lab

SNAP-8 extends the Argireline sequence by two amino acids. Like Argireline, it mimics part of SNAP-25 and is used in cosmetic-formulation and in-vitro studies of vesicle fusion.

Proposed mechanism

Competes with SNAP-25 in SNARE complex assembly, which is proposed to reduce neurotransmitter vesicle release in neuromuscular models.

Structure note

Acetylated octapeptide (8 amino acids).

Amino-acid sequence (one-letter)

?EEMQRRAD?
