For in-vitro laboratory research only

Dihexa is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About Dihexa in the lab

Dihexa is an orally stable hexapeptide derivative developed from angiotensin IV. It attracted attention in rodent studies of synapse formation and memory. Published data are mostly preclinical and come from a small number of groups.

Proposed mechanism

Reported to bind hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and promote its dimerisation, enhancing c-Met receptor signalling that is linked to dendritic spine growth in neuronal cultures.

Structure note

Modified oligopeptide.

Typical research themes

  • HGF/c-Met signalling
  • Synaptogenesis
  • Dendritic spine models

This profile is a short, general summary of publicly discussed science. It is not exhaustive, not peer-reviewed by PeptideCompare, and is not medical advice. PeptideCompare provides no dosing, protocol or usage guidance — nothing here is for human or veterinary use.
