Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

HCG is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About HCG in the lab

hCG is a heterodimeric glycoprotein hormone made by the placenta. It shares its alpha subunit with LH, FSH and TSH. Licensed preparations exist, and in research it is used as an LH-receptor agonist in steroidogenesis and ovarian/testicular cell models.

Proposed mechanism

Binds the LH/choriogonadotropin receptor, a GPCR on theca, granulosa-luteal and Leydig cells, raising cAMP and stimulating sex-steroid synthesis.

Structure note

Heterodimeric glycoprotein (237 amino acids (alpha: 92, beta: 145)).

Typical research themes

  • LH/CG receptor
  • Steroidogenesis
  • Glycoprotein hormones

Regulatory note

Licensed prescription medicine and prohibited in sport for males (WADA).
