Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

P21 is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About P21 in the lab

P21 (P021) is a modified peptide derived from ciliary neurotrophic factor, with an adamantane group added for stability. It has been studied in rodent models of neurogenesis and Alzheimer's-type pathology. Data are preclinical.

Proposed mechanism

Reported to increase BDNF expression and reduce leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) signalling, which is linked to enhanced hippocampal neurogenesis in mice.

Structure note

CNTF-derived peptide.
