Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

Semax is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About Semax in the lab

A stabilised ACTH-fragment analogue. Laboratory studies describe effects on neurotrophin expression in neuronal and glial cell models.

Proposed mechanism

Has no meaningful adrenal (ACTH) activity. It is reported to raise BDNF and TrkB expression and to influence dopaminergic and serotonergic signalling in rodent brain; the C-terminal PGP adds stability.

Structure note

Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro; ACTH(4–7) fused to Pro-Gly-Pro.

Amino-acid sequence (one-letter)

MEHFPGP
