For in-vitro laboratory research only

CJC-1295 is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About CJC-1295 in the lab

A GHRH-receptor agonist analogue designed to resist dipeptidyl-peptidase degradation. Used as a stability and receptor-signalling comparator in laboratory studies.

Proposed mechanism

Four amino-acid substitutions in the GHRH(1-29) sequence resist DPP-4 cleavage, extending activity compared with native GHRH while keeping a short, pulse-like action at pituitary GHRH receptors.

Structure note

Four amino-acid substitutions on GHRH(1–29) to resist enzymatic cleavage. A DAC (drug affinity complex) variant also exists with a different mass.

Typical research themes

  • GHRH receptor signalling
  • Enzymatic stability
  • DAC vs non-DAC characterisation
