For in-vitro laboratory research only

GHRP 2 is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

About GHRP 2 in the lab

GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is one of the early synthetic growth-hormone secretagogues. It is used in research on ghrelin-receptor pharmacology and pituitary GH release, and has been used diagnostically in some countries.

Proposed mechanism

Activates GHS-R1a on pituitary somatotrophs and hypothalamic neurons, increasing GH release and amplifying GHRH signalling; it also raises cortisol and prolactin to a degree in models.

Structure note

Synthetic hexapeptide (6 amino acids).
