For in-vitro laboratory research only

Hexarelin is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About Hexarelin in the lab

Hexarelin is a GHRP-6 analogue with a methylated D-tryptophan, making it one of the most potent secretagogues in its class. Beyond GH release, it is studied for cardiovascular effects in animal models.

Proposed mechanism

Activates GHS-R1a to stimulate GH release, and also binds the scavenger receptor CD36 in cardiac tissue, which is linked to the cardioprotective signals seen in models.

Structure note

Synthetic hexapeptide (6 amino acids).

Amino-acid sequence (one-letter)
