Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

KPV is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About KPV in the lab

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the last three amino acids of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It keeps much of alpha-MSH's anti-inflammatory activity in models without its pigment effects, and is studied in intestinal and skin inflammation research.

Proposed mechanism

Taken into cells via the PepT1 transporter in intestinal epithelium, it is reported to reduce NF-κB activation and pro-inflammatory cytokine expression; melanocortin-receptor involvement is debated.

Structure note

Tripeptide (3 amino acids).

Typical research themes

  • NF-κB signalling
  • PepT1 transport
  • Colitis models
