Use the filters to pick a size and presentation (vial, pen or serum) and compare like for like, or view every size on a £ per mg basis. Delivery is shown separately because it varies by supplier and order size. Offers whose outbound link failed our last check stay listed but rank below working links.

For in-vitro laboratory research only

Tesamorelin is listed here as a research material. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this page is medical advice or dosing guidance. PeptideCompare is paid by flat supplier fees — never by sales commission or referral — so a price ranks by its number, not by who pays. We do not sell, test or verify any product, and quality or CoA labels are suppliers’ own claims. Always check the final price, documentation and legality with the supplier yourself.

Research profile

About Tesamorelin in the lab

A larger GHRH analogue whose N-terminal modification is of interest in medicinal chemistry for protecting peptides from exopeptidases.

Proposed mechanism

Full 44-amino-acid GHRH sequence with a trans-3-hexenoyl group at the N-terminus that resists DPP-4. It binds pituitary GHRH receptors to raise GH and downstream IGF-1.

Structure note

Full-length GHRH sequence with an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl group to resist cleavage.

Amino-acid sequence (one-letter)

Typical research themes

  • N-terminal modification chemistry
  • GHRH receptor binding
  • HPLC method development

Regulatory note

The same active substance is a licensed prescription medicine in some countries. Research-grade material is not a medicine and must never be used on people or animals.

This profile is a short, general summary of publicly discussed science. It is not exhaustive, not peer-reviewed by PeptideCompare, and is not medical advice. PeptideCompare provides no dosing, protocol or usage guidance — nothing here is for human or veterinary use.
